Advanced Center for Electrical and Electronic Engineering

The Advanced Center for Electrical and Electronic Engineering (AC3E), at Federico Santa María Technical University, is a center of scientific research excellence that creates knowledge, forms advanced human capital, and develops world-class technological innovations that impact industry and people’s quality of life.

The AC3E is composed of a multidisciplinary group of more than 100 people, including researchers, academics, engineers, and undergraduate and graduate students.

Its 10 years of outstanding track record position it as a national benchmark in electrical and electronic engineering and one of the leading centers in innovation and technology transfer.

AC3E promotes gender policies in engineering and inspires future generations through various scientific outreach activities.
