On April 13 and 14, the Advanced Center for Electrical and Electronic Engineering (AC3E) held its traditional Internal Seminar at the Rosa Agustina Conference Resort in Olmué. The annual seminar brings together staff members and researchers to provide an overview of the work done and establish meeting points between the different units.
In April, the work of the last eight years was analyzed, and scientific excellence, demonstrated by the large number of publications, sustained growth, and the goals achieved in the training of undergraduate and graduate students, especially PhD graduates, was highlighted, as were the 16 industrial and three international projects executed.
Informative presentations were on the agenda on the first day. The presentations focused on last year’s outstanding projects, as researchers and engineers detailed their work and presented the main pillars of continuing research. The day ended with a barbecue and small talk.
Practical and collaborative activities were carried out on the second day, as attendees defined thematic proposals of research lines and areas for 2025-35, considering the Center’s impact on the country.
